Very poor purchasing experience from start to finish. Would not buy new or used from any Nelson Mazda dealership again. Terrible value - took advantage of us with their no-haggle pricing. Car was not Would not buy new or used from any Nelson Mazda dealership again. Terrible value - took advantage of us with their no-haggle pricing. Car was not ready as promised after my wife and I took off work to pickup car. Detailing of car was also terrible - aftermarket parts left on the car. More

Purchase car via the web was easy. Charlie, Conner and Courtney were great at answering all my questions. Like my new cx-5 and look forward to driving it for a good long while. The dealership was difficult to work with. The first sales guy was a nightmare, the car was over priced, and everyone I spoke to was rude and patronizing. Sean {the first sales guy} was rude, condescen sales guy was a nightmare, the car was over priced, and everyone I spoke to was rude and patronizing. Sean {the first sales guy} was rude, condescending, and even when I called back a month later after the price of the car had been reduced he wasn't helpful. He sent me multiple version of the bill of sale that were incorrect, told me I had to submit a credit application to verify my identity and make sure they could sell me the car even though we already had financing lined up, and constantly ended text and phone conversations without answering questions and simply saying "well how do you want to proceed". I ended up calling and asking to be given a different sales person. The second sales person Daniel was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and answered all my questions timely and completely. The delivery was delayed with no information or notification. I specifically chose this dealership for the free delivery. Sean also tried to charge me for the delivery. The car was supposed to be delivered on Friday, then maybe Saturday, possibly monday, and finally arrived late Tuesday afternoon. I was also told the paperwork would be sent ahead of the car but it was sent with the driver so I had to call my hubs home from work to sign all the paperwork. I didn't agree with some of the paperwork and the finance person was also rude, but the delivery guy was very nice. Over all, I wish i had been able to find this car locally. I would not recommend this dealership as half of my interactions with staff were not very good. More
