This was our first experience with Lexus and this dealership. John Davenport was our sales man. John gave us the utmost respect and acted with integrity and honesty. If it hadn’t been for John we wo dealership. John Davenport was our sales man. John gave us the utmost respect and acted with integrity and honesty. If it hadn’t been for John we would have not purchased a car from this dealership. We did have an issue when we first arrived at the dealership (not any fault of John’s), but because of who John is, he saved the deal. John made this as seamless as possible and was very patient and not pushy. Never once did we feel pressured. John was refreshing and efficient. Also, Christian, the gentleman who explained how to work all of the gadgets, electronics and dashboard was extremely thorough and patient. We truly enjoyed his expertise! Thank you gentleman for making this happen! We would refer anyone to John Davenport. We love our new 2024 TX! More
