I brought my 2021 Legacy in for its 12000 mile servicing. I called attention to the rear window defogger not working properly. I was given a loaner and expected to pickup my car that day. I received a call f I called attention to the rear window defogger not working properly. I was given a loaner and expected to pickup my car that day. I received a call from Courtney who did the intake that morning. She said they would have to replace the entire back window. She told me it might take a couple of days to get the window and install it. Courtney added that I could use the loaner as long as they had my Legacy. I was so impressed that Courtney called me everyday to give me updates on my car. It was ready that Friday;however, I was out of town and Courtney said I could pick it up Monday, a week after I had dropped it off. When I settled the bill(the back window was covered by my warranty) "Courtney noticed the car was dirty and made sure they put it through the wash. I must commend Courtney and Berman on their service, excellent communication and their concern for the customer. More
