I was received immediately upon arrival, the service was confirmed, the cost was explained, the wait was acknowledged and I was seated in the waiting room within 4 minutes. I drove an one hour and 30 minutes just to have my car have an oil change or any service needed because they are so amazing and do everything so professional I had an issue at another alfa dealership and have an oil change or any service needed because they are so amazing and do everything so professional I had an issue at another alfa dealership and Rich the service manager helped and was amazing and fixed my car and it is driving so good right now I will be buying a new car from them and I will continue to do business with this dealership even though it’s further away from my house, it is worth the drive to have such professional and caring people take care of my car and I feel like a valued customer when I come in plus they have a really nice waiting room with really good snacks More
