Over the past 3 years ii have purchased a used 23 3LT Stringray,, new 23 Tahoe,, 24 and 26 3LT Stingrays. Rick Gerber has been the Salesman on all of them. When he was unavailable Bart and Al have been a Stringray,, new 23 Tahoe,, 24 and 26 3LT Stingrays. Rick Gerber has been the Salesman on all of them. When he was unavailable Bart and Al have been a great help. All the folks at Sapaugh’s have been tremendous. The only complaint I have is with Chevrolet Corporate doing away with the paper manuals and double dipping on Museum Delivery and still charging for dealership delivery. More

This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with and I will never return for any future needs. The ladies at the service counter were very sweet and helpful and so was the gentleman doing the shuttle serv will never return for any future needs. The ladies at the service counter were very sweet and helpful and so was the gentleman doing the shuttle service but Cody, the young man handling my car proceeded to tell me after asking about status after it had been there nearly 6 hours told me they had someone assigned to my car but it hasn't been started yet and he wasn't sure when it would be. Then told me they had to get in the people that were waiting first because they only had so much room in the waiting room. If that was the case I would have just waited. They are the ones that told me I would need to just drop it off, that wasn't my choice. This is just completely ridiculous if you ask me. People have jobs and need their cars to get places. Now I wish I would have just taken it someplace else. More
