I set an appointment for an oil change and to get a fuse checked/replaced on my CT5. they never told me that they would charge a "diagnostic fee" of $199.99 to check a fuse. This car is under warranty which I bought from Key when I bought this car less than 6 months ago. I did not let them touch my car, nor will I ever. I should have known when I bought the car that there were issues with this dealership. First there was only 1 key fob and they told me to get a 2nd key would cost over $600.00 (I had it done for $400.00 at another dealer. I had already signed all the paperwork before I was informed of this. Then the check engine light came on while I was the way home, dirty air cleaner, I changed it myself. I also have left server calls for my "salesman", who has never returned one. So now I am trying to force them to remove a clause in the extended warranty that states if you are less than 40 miles from them, you have to use their service department, I will not pay them $199.99 to change a fuse. I have bought many cars and never been treated like this. More

Shady business practices. I settled on a price with a salesman for a vehicle that was in transit. I planned to pay cash. I told them I would pay up front but all they offered for a receipt was the signed quote by the sales person and they wanted a cash transfer. I was not comfortable with that. I asked about a down payment and they said they did not do down payments. They had offered home delivery and I told them I would wait for that and pay in full upon delivery. The next week the sales person called and said the vehicle still was not in but they had another one for a few thousand dollars more. I told him I would wait for the car that we had agreed upon. After another week or two I contact them to see where the vehicle was. They said somebody had come in and paid for it and they had sold it. I asked why they did not contact me before selling the vehicle? I did not receive an answer. I told them I did not think that was a very sound business practice. I asked them to replace the vehicle with a similar model. They said they were unable to do that and there were only the more expensive models available. More

What I have had is one of the hardest experiences trading in a lease while working with Key’s dealership. The process took about 4 months. Getting my new 2021 Cadillac XT5 was an exhausting process and I fin in a lease while working with Key’s dealership. The process took about 4 months. Getting my new 2021 Cadillac XT5 was an exhausting process and I finally had to get the general manager involved. Needless to say I’m still trying to get issues resolved due to poor customer service and communication. I love my new vehicle but know that you must be extremely persistent if you actually want to get a vehicle as the staff in all departments seem a bit under trained and understaffed. Simple things like vacuuming under weather tech mats before that are installed? Returning phone calls, customer service, follow through and communication. I also had a major problem with the final payment for my previous lease as the financing company said they had no receipt of payment and that my account was going to collections. Not an easy thing to hear when you have worked hard to have excellent credit. More
