Since this post I was working on my SUV and snapped the transmission filter cover last Sunday. Monday was a holiday and first thing Tuesday morning I reached out to Corey and no one had any in Texas. So I am without a car because I was not taking any chances of messing up my CVT transmission. This man not only found me one, it was delivered to your dealership late the following afternoon. So talking about going above and beyond the call of duty well Corey saved me on this one for sure. If you look at my account you can see I have had 3 to 5 purchases from your parts department as I was servicing my Murano. All transactions Corey has handled for me. Thank you!

Little parts
I lost the retainers on one side of the
shroud/air dam under my rogue .
I went to the parts store to find replacements. Yikes! To much choice and none looked looked correct. So I went to

I went to the parts store to find replacements. Yikes! To much choice and none looked looked correct. So I went to the dealership to get the correct ones.
When I explained my dilemma, Corey grabbed a bag of retainers and went out to my car and asked me to move it back. I thought he was just checking it so I was surprised when he just got down and popped them in.
When I asked how much, he said it was taken care of.
Now that's what I call service. Way to go Corey!
