Had service performed on my Sierra pickup. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The work was completed in the time requested. The only issue was the cost for a part they had to order for me wound up b very friendly and helpful. The work was completed in the time requested. The only issue was the cost for a part they had to order for me wound up being about $25 more expensive than I had been quoted and I did not know that until I paid the bill. Not a huge issue since I had to have the part anyway; just caught me by surprise. Overall, a good experience and will certainly continue to use their service department. More
