Jerry's Chevrolet in Baltimore provided me with an excellent car-buying experience, a stark contrast to the frustrating encounters I had with dealerships in Florida while searching for an Equinox EV. excellent car-buying experience, a stark contrast to the frustrating encounters I had with dealerships in Florida while searching for an Equinox EV. I connected with the General Manager, Jason George. He was helpful and went above and beyond in the process. Because their Equinox EV inventory was all painted black, he arranged an exchange with a Virginia dealer to secure a white car with SuperCruise that I desired. The pricing was straightforward and competitive, with no haggling, hidden fees, or unwanted add-ons. The sales representative, Adula Carr, was helpful throughout the process, even picking me up from Penn Station on the day I took delivery. He explained the car's features and its infotainment system. I felt comfortable and confident before driving off the lot. I am happy with my new Equinox EV! It is so much better than the old-fashioned internal combustion engine cars! In short, Jerry's Chevrolet's excellent customer service and transparent process made this purchase pleasant. I highly recommend them. More

Everything was great except I kept telling them that the engine light was on. They told me it would adjust and come back on Monday. That is wrong and I want a different car.
