After usual maintenance on cooling and transmission Corey's team diagnosed check engine light, tried quick fix and moved quickly for complete replacement of EGR system. I didn't expect my 2013 rv to be under warranty, but YES it was. Very pleased with entire experience at the Sprinter repair shop at GTMB . More

Sprinter service department as always did an outstanding job. Corey had to leave early for a doctors appointment but his coworker was very sharp and efficient and courteous ; and solved my concerns with the job.
