I had a good experience. But the car came with only 1 key/fob, and the replacement cost on this item can easily exceed $200. Instead of asking the customer, this dealership But the car came with only 1 key/fob, and the replacement cost on this item can easily exceed $200. Instead of asking the customer, this dealership ASSUMES that customers wants to buy upsell items such as anti-theft protection and maintenance contracts that can add hundreds of dollars to the price. I don't like that practice, particularly when lower cost options may be available from conventional insurance companies or extended warranty companies. But an alert consumer will have no problem recognizing that these are options. Estrey Schabacker was personable and gracious. That was a nice additional touch. More

Bad experience, can’t trust people to provide a quality vehicle, even though I paid every dime they wanted for their car. Once the trust is gone there’s nothing left to negotiate with. Carlos H. I stand by my first statement as nothing but the truth, however, every situation can be resolved and redeemed. John S. the business owner stepped up and made a sincere effort to resolve my bad experience, and I applaud his willingness to step up for his business. He paid to get some of my vehicle’s problems fixed, but I had to take it to BMW of Denver to discover the problems to begin with. I’m a firm believer that honesty always comes to light no matter how good or bad that truth may be. Telling me the truth from the beginning would have been better, but that’s my thought about conducting business. With that said, John is a good man and is someone that has earned my respect as a person you can trust and believe. His’ team is lacking, but those are employees who can easily be replaced with potential top performers. I changed my overall rating based solely on the business owners willingness to help make this purchase worth my money. I hope my opinion helps with your purchasing decision making. Carlos H. More

Worst auto buying experience. Huge lack of integrity and honesty. Falsified the inspection on the car which became apparent immediately. They signed that items were inspected and good and were not. They tried to talk me into a warranty that my car was not even eligible for and I had to force him to remove from my purchase as I would be paying for something I never received. More
