Cory, who currently serves as the Assistant Pre-Owned Sales Manager, has been with Les Stanford Chevrolet Cadillac for a total of seven years. The son of former Les Stanford employee George Armos, Cory has taken many tips from his father and knows how to treat every customer with respect and kindness. Took my 2022 silverado in for service for a radio problem. Can not get text messages or text message notifications on the radio. So when I am in my truck I have no clue when someone texts me. After several weeks at the dealership they could not figure out what to do and ended up sending it to the body shop for paint repairs. Scott Estey was my sales rep. DO NOT USE HIM. I called Scott about a scratch that went down the whole passenger side. He kept telling me he would speak to the bodyshop and just gave me the run around for al.ost 7 months. I was able to talk with the sales manager Cory and he made it right asap. Thank you Cory. My service guy Mike Mcdonald was great but in the end the tech could not get my radio working right. So now I have filed a complaint with Gm over this radio problem. Also the bodyshop broke a push pin on my door panel causing the pin to damage the door panel. There was a module hanging from under my truck that should have been installed behind the license plate. I had to fix both problems myself. More

The people that I work with were all very nice and helpful and very helpful with my purchase, however after spending about five hours in the dealership and after driving home, I realized that the car helpful and very helpful with my purchase, however after spending about five hours in the dealership and after driving home, I realized that the car was much smaller than the car I traded in. I called the next morning to rescind the transaction before the dealership opened and my salesperson Scott said he would check to see if that was possible but he doubted I would be allowed to cancel my purchase because the paperwork had already been sent to the Secretary of State. I did contact the Secretary of State and the Michigan department of treasury and was told that it was possible to rescind the purchase and I was given a form to complete to get the tax monies back. After a week of multiple phone calls and much angst on my part, I was told that the dealership would not allow me to cancel the purchase and get my old car back. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I do understand that it was at the dealership’s discretion to allow me to rescind the contract but after driving home, I realized how much smaller the new car was than my trade in and that the new car would not have the same space to carry the things that I needed to carry. I admit that I made the mistake as I thought that the CT5 was supposed to be the same size as the XTS that I traded in. More

I purchased a used 2013 Corvette 427 with 3,105 miles on the odometer. I paid a premium price for what as portrayed by Les Stanford Chevrolet as a pristine collector quality vehicle. There were some hiccups the odometer. I paid a premium price for what as portrayed by Les Stanford Chevrolet as a pristine collector quality vehicle. There were some hiccups with the paperwork, odometer mileage reported to my DMV of 4,856 when the odometer read 3,105, only one key/fob and no Nav CD. I did get a second key/fob a few weeks after purchase. The real issues started when I noticed the front right tire dry rotting. The tires had a manufacture date of 2012 (my bad for not asking) and had to be replaced. Then, I started having issues with the car going into gear. This issue turned into a major service repair to the Corvette with the clutch master cylinder and plates having to be replaced with 3,400 miles on the vehicle. I spoke/texted with my sales person, Niki Thigpen and spoke with the Used Car Sales Manager Cory Armos who said they would communicate with my local dealership and get back to me. I last heard from them on 02/27/24. Their silence says it all. DO NOT BUY A USED Corvette from Les Stanford Chevrolet. I did purchase an extended milage based warranty that did nothing to offset my repair expenses (Clutch and brakes are not covered). Let the Buyer Beware. More
