They took my old plates that were still good, only a few months old, and did not give them back to me, I had to call to see where they were and was told they were shredded. Car only came with 1 fob, I was to go back the next week for the other one, then they said they found it and they were going to mail it to me, it has been over 2 weeks still have not received it.
