I just bought a pre-owned vehicle through salesman, Nick Contreras. It was a great experience. He listened to what I wanted and didn't want, and catered his offers to what I outlined. Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. There were a couple of minor cosmetic repairs that he agreed to make on the vehicle and he kept me in the loop, contacting me daily to let me know the progress as a couple of things had to be ordered. He explained the warranty and all the details regarding receiving the title, registration and license, as we closed the deal and signed the papers. I traded in my old car and I was given a fair trade in price. In summation, Nick bent over backward to make sure that I was happy with my vehicle before I drove off the lot. I would not only recommend the fair and stream-lined process of Allan Samuels, but also salesman Nick Contreras, who couldn't have worked harder to make sure that I got the vehicle I wanted and that it was fairly priced. I would recommend to anyone in search of a vehicle to go to Allen Samuels and seek out Nick. He is a go-getter, will work with you to get you the vehicle and the deal you want, and he sincerely wants customer satisfaction. She sent us information about all of the cars we were interested in so we could study before we went back to make our final decision.
