They talked me into getting the Extended service warranty which included scratches and small dents when I went back for oil change They said I did not have that option. An oil change took over 2 hours they said it was normal, they were short handed and do I want a job. I did not want to hear that. Even in the beginning the salesman was new and didn't know what he was doing .I had to request somebody else. Then they messed up My registration. Very unprofessional place. Be careful there to be ripped off. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!! More

This was not the case last weekend when I started and finished my search for a new truck at Herb Chambers. My wife and I were greeted in the lot by Michael Viglione. Mike directed us on the tucks they had in stock and when I found the truck that I wanted he made every part of the process fun. Once we were ready to talk price Corey Upton came in to help us, again with Mike and Corey working together, it was fun and very enjoyable. I found the vehicle I wanted on line and went to the dealership to take a look. I was greeted by Cody Banks, who was friendly, professional, and informative. I felt pretty comfortable in a very short time, took the Jeep out for a test drive and decided it was for me. We were joined by Corey Upton who I felt had much the same qualities as Cody. Wrapping up the deal, I was introduced to Bobby Haddad, and yeah, you guessed it, another great person to deal with..... Hey, Mr Chambers, you have some great people working at this place! Because my experience was so good, I will recommend Herb Chambers Chevrolet any chance I get, and judging by how many times I have people take an interest in my Jeep, there will be plenty of them.
