I worked with Corey from sales, great guy personable and very responsive to any questions. As for Lake Country dealership, I’ve had many questions things come up with my purchase of my truck. I purchased very responsive to any questions. As for Lake Country dealership, I’ve had many questions things come up with my purchase of my truck. I purchased my truck and had them hold it for me, as I needed to move funds to purchase it. Part of the deal was to have a tonneau cover installed. When I went to pick up the truck the tonneau cover was not installed. I had to wait yet another week for them to install the cover and front license plate and a valve stem cover was missing. Upon return of truck the front license plate was not installed and the valve stem cover not replaced. I know it’s small but I spent a lot of money. I drove the truck 11 days and my truck alerted me that the front brakes need to be replaced. That should have been checked during the safety inspection. I feel like if someone was to purchase a $51,000 truck everything should be in working order. I was told that they would take care of it for me, but 5 days later I haven’t heard anything. I was also quoted a monthly payment price and during financing the monthly price went up 11 dollars a month I wanted to know why the price changed and financing couldn’t tell me why. I even showed what I was quoted NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE! Would not recommend doing business here! . More

While at the end of the day we did get the vehicle we were looking for at the price we were looking for, the experience was less than ideal. I do believe we may have just landed with the wrong sales pers were looking for at the price we were looking for, the experience was less than ideal. I do believe we may have just landed with the wrong sales person and sales manager. There were several issues we encountered at time of pick up and the sales manager was rude and seemed as if it was an inconvenience to him that we were buying the car. The sales person we worked with went on our test drive and instead of talking about the car he talked about his vehicle that he purchased and how he used to think the car we were driving was garbage. All of that to be said, we moved over to working with Luke and David after the sale to correct the issues and they have gone above and beyond. We greatly appreciate their willingness to correct the situation. More
