I came to this dealership specifically because they are knowledgeable about adaptive driving equipment in my Honda. I had an issue with a communication/audio issue recall that Weir Canton had originally fi knowledgeable about adaptive driving equipment in my Honda. I had an issue with a communication/audio issue recall that Weir Canton had originally fixed and the dealership near me was very unhelpful and wanted $95 just to look for the problem. I was pretty sure it was just a loose wire but my dealer couldn’t locate anything wrong because the issue was intermittent and not happening while they had my car for service. Marc Wiseman took my call at Weir Canyon and reassured me they would look at it, no problem. He greeted me when I arrived the following week. He was efficient and empathetic. They found the issue (loose cable), fixed it, and kindly kept my car overnight until I could pick it up. They offered this service at no charge since it seemed related to the previous recall. The atmosphere of the service area was calm. I really appreciated their help in getting me back on the road again without worry. More

Worst service I had with any dealer. They install an oil pump due to recall. I got my car back and they told me everthing is good battery, tires, they inspect the vehicle and nothing nee They install an oil pump due to recall. I got my car back and they told me everthing is good battery, tires, they inspect the vehicle and nothing needs to be fix. 1 week later my wife drove the vechile with my kids and the vehicle just stop out of no reason. No sign of battery problem or vehicle needing fuel. Car dashboard was blinking and Alarm to check emission, Vsa Problem, Trailer stabilty problem, Road departure mitigation problem. Hill start assist problem. Towed the vehicle them in morning when to dealer again. I was told that it is most likely the o-ring in the pump that was not install properly because i notice the gas pump had no resistance when press or pressure. They never called me back on the time that was promise, then askntonpick the car and everything is fix and they said it was our fault for not putting a gasoline. I told that cant happen because car didnt have indicator needing gasoline and the fuel gauge was 1/4. Send them the pictures but they demishes the concern and just from the mechanical side there is not problem it was mainly, we didnt put gasoline, i wanted for them to check the to make sure the fuel indicator alarm is working properly they would not test it until i told them i will sue them. They call back two days later and said they tested the car and low fuel indicator is working. This dealer doesn't care about safety of the costumer, they didnt believe about the no low light indicator and the fuel gauge was 1/4. they care reasons, totally unprofessional. More

Madeleine, a service consultant, and Corey Smith, the service manager, are both very friendly, accommodating, and truly want to help you. I have been weary going to a dealership to get any maintenance do service manager, are both very friendly, accommodating, and truly want to help you. I have been weary going to a dealership to get any maintenance done because I always feel like I’m going to get price gouged, or afraid of service consultants pushing & pressuring extra service with scare tactics. But none of that happened at Weir Canyon. Thank you to Madeline and her team making me feel comfortable and taking care of my car concerns. Because of the great experience I’ve had here, I’ll be coming back for future maintenance! More

Amazing staff ! I came in 40 minutes before they open. Service manager came out 15 minutes the service center open and got me going.
