He went above and beyond for what happened with my car. I had electrical issues with my 2019 Range Rover (did not purchase at Land Rover Tulsa,) it was at the dealership for two months, but I got a loaner, so I was grateful. When I got my car back it had 600 more miles and 5-6 dents and scratches. Side panel glass was broken. Truly insane. There was no communication that my car was beat to xxxx. I am so thankful I didn't pull off the lot and that I walked around the car to double check for any dents. Thankfully Corey went above and beyond for me and got everything fixed for me BUT I got no explanation for what happened to my car. It almost seems like someone was driving my car for the last week or two it was there because the mileage and every side of my car had dents and scratches. Again, Corey was amazing.

We sincerely apologize for the damage that occurred while your vehicle was with us. That is an extraordinarily rare situation, and we understand how upsetting it must have been.
We would like to clarify a couple of details for accuracy. The side glass itself was not broken — the issue was with the trim panels around the glass, which we replaced. Regarding the mileage, those additional miles were the result of necessary diagnostic work and quality control checks, all of which you were informed of and approved. Without that testing, we would not have been able to properly diagnose and repair the electrical issues.
Please know that we completed all necessary repairs, corrected the damage, and ensured you had a loaner vehicle throughout the process. If you’d like, we would be happy to review our driver logs with you for further peace of mind.
