The service was good until i picked up my truck, window left down front seat full of snow, and camper top lock was forced open because they didn’t see the key on the fob. I called and complained and asked for an explanation. Said they never touched to camper door, not true as they had to open the camper door to open the tailgate to do the backup wiring harness recall, asked connor to call me back with an explanation, never got a call back or an apology. Got a call from the dealer customer service woman, jennifer, explained what happened, she said she would look into it and get back to me, she never did, left her a couple voicemails and texts, again, no apologies for the damage and no call back from either jennifer or conner. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have before and after photos showing it wasnt damaged before i dropped it off and that it was after i picked it up. I had to dissasemble the lock and repair it my self. This is my dealership where i bought my truck, this is where i go for service, I need to know I can trust them to do the work correctly and respect my truck and me. Will I be back? I honestly don’t know. Maybe if Someone acknowledges the situation and i get an apology and an assurance it will not happen again. Right now I don’t feel like a valued customer. More

Very kind and helpful with the curve ball my car threw them. I didn't have enough time for them to fix the issue before I left town, but they gave me a good starting point for my dealer back home. Unacceptable multiple day wait. Connor went on days off and did not pass my paperwork to anyone. Dealership wanted almost $500 for something my other mechanic said was not necessary Connor went on days off and did not pass my paperwork to anyone. Dealership wanted almost $500 for something my other mechanic said was not necessary. After purchasing two vehicles here, I'll never be back to get shafted by Corwin again! More
