They were very nice and got me in and out quickly. I was a little disappointed that my warranty work was not done, due to the fact that the part seemed to be functioning properly at that time. great I had an 8:00 a. m. appointment and knew to arrive early, so I was the first person attended to. I arrived at 7:20 for my appointment and had an oil change and tire ro m. appointment and knew to arrive early, so I was the first person attended to. I arrived at 7:20 for my appointment and had an oil change and tire rotation completed. While I waited, I enjoyed a great chicken biscuit from Chick-fil-A, which was a wonderful touch for the customers. They also provided chips, candy, water, soda, and coffee. The environment was welcoming, and the gentleman who assisted me was very kind and professional. I was finished and out of there before 9:00 a.m. I also love that they send a video showing the work that was done on your car, along with recommendations for any future service. -- Renee Johnson More
