I have always had very good experience with this dealership. The people in Service and Parts department are very courteous, professional, and helpful. Nathan Parker in Service department goes above dealership. The people in Service and Parts department are very courteous, professional, and helpful. Nathan Parker in Service department goes above and beyond helping customers. He is very friendly and honest. I must say Nathan is by far the best person I have worked with at any dealership. Thanks Nathan. Also Connor in the Parts department is similar. Very professional, polite, and helpful. Good job guys. These guys have helped me make my 1997 4runner even better. Lexi was a great sales rep, friendly and fast, as was Drew in finance. I appreciated the loyalty discount he offered me on some things. I bought a top-trim Camry though and it had no floor mats, which is Drew in finance. I appreciated the loyalty discount he offered me on some things. It would've been great for you guys to throw those in, or an a MINIMUM have some in stock so I didn't need to come back. Great experience otherwise. More

Bought a Toyota Camry last year at this place, was young and naive and got basically eaten alive. Salesman lied about some stupid shortage and how I would never be able to find another one for at least a ye and naive and got basically eaten alive. The dealership has poor service all across the board. The individuals I dealt with were fantastic! Jose should get a raise!
