Jesus Franco was a pleasant salesperson. Unfortunately, the car buying experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. Ryan Knotts assured Mr. Franco that an item I negotiated to be included at dealers cost would be taken care of. Upon closer inspection of the sales agreement the cost I paid exceeded the advertised cost from a Mercedes Benz promotion. Conner Kach in the financing department is focused on increasing profits more than satisfying clients and the financing process is a total sham. When issues arose after the sale it has been impossible to speak to anyone by phone, and emails sent requesting assistance have not received a response. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. More

Brayden is outstanding and responsive and will be there when I need him.
