It all started with my online request to be contacted regarding my interest in the 2024 Buick. This took place on Wednesday at 5:16pm. Immediately, I received a response from Michelle Haines and an ap regarding my interest in the 2024 Buick. This took place on Wednesday at 5:16pm. Immediately, I received a response from Michelle Haines and an appt was scheduled for 10am that following morning. When I thought things could not get any better....it did! I was sent a video to my phone by Salesman, Jackson Russell. He stated my name, introduced himself and showed a video of the entire car. WOW! I have shown this video too numerous people, and everyone is in AWE! When we arrived the following morning, and thinking things could not get any better-IT DID! On the parking lot next to the car we eventually purchased, was a sign that read "This 2024 Buick Encore is reserved exclusively for Glenda!" Russell Jackson was awesome and the BEST! He was patient, very detailed and answered all our questions. Then, we just thought, this is it, it can't get any better BUT it did! Tom Kelley and his son, Jim Kelley walked into the office and introduced themselves. I I have to admit, I was sort of star struck! The whole process of purchasing the vehicle went smoothly and a huge thanks to Conner for working with us to complete the paperwork. Great guy and easy to work with. We arrived the next day to pick up our beautiful vehicle and low and behold, just when we thought, okay this is it, it will not get any better, IT DID! On top of our new purchase was a huge beautiful black bow. Who does that? We were than introduced to Brendin Gerdom. This just took our awesome experience to the next level. We loved Brendin because of his extensive knowledge and expertise. He explained and walked us through all the bells and whistles inside and outside of the Buick. He admitted there was more he could show us, but did not want to overwhelm us. For that we were grateful....lol! He offered his services anytime and assured us we could contact him for any question or concern. This made us feel really good because there is a lot to learn but he put us at ease. We are thrilled about our new vehicle purchase but more so, of the beyond the call of duty customer service we received. Jackson was fantastic! He went through the entire set-up and didn't make me feel stupid. He didn't rush and made sure that I understood everything we had just gone through. I had an appt at 7:30 in the morning to drop off my car and said I need the car back early afternoon. I had to call twice to see what was going on and was finally told around 2pm that they were in the process of diagnosing the problem. So that tells me that my car sat all morning so why schedule appts?? More
