I had purchased a car there before; however, the sales agent at that time was a wee bit arrogant and I did not want to repeat that process. Connie went out of her way to make sure I got the perfect car and to help with the process way after I purchased the vehicle. If you are buying a Mercedes, I would recommend Connie!

Another problem I had was with the people who detailed my vehicle. They left scratch marks and swirls on the paint from the buffer. It made me feel like they didn't care about. And I definitely thought it had something to do with my encounter with the finance guy.

Today I purchased another vehicle from Connie Flores. Once again her service was incredibly welcoming and caring. I ha another person handling my finance needs and it was a much better experience. But the detailing people work were still not satisfactory . I left my Buick there to give them a second chance to retify the mess they did on it. But when I received the ford I bought today it was even worse. I will change my review after I pick up my vehicle, because I promised Connie I would.
