He sat in the vehicle with us and explained how to operate all of the electronics and we asked many questions. Wes, his manager was also very friendly and helpful. He quickly realized I had done my homework before coming to the dealership and focused on helping me select the exact vehicle that met my needs from their extensive inventory. Conner made sure all my questions were answered and the car's features explained or demonstrated. During the process I was introduced to other Associates, the Sales Manager, the Service Manager and the General Manager. All were outstanding and demonstrated genuine customer focus.
