I bought a new car from this dealership on June 21, 2025 and worked with sales representative, Colton Woelbing. As part of my negotiations in the car purchase, Woelbing and Nissan of Rivergate made a deal w and worked with sales representative, Colton Woelbing. As part of my negotiations in the car purchase, Woelbing and Nissan of Rivergate made a deal with me that they would replace and install a skid plate on my other vehicle, a 2017 Nissan Versa. An appointment was made by Wolebing on my behalf after I purchased the new vehicle to get the skid plate replaced and installed. Representatives at Nissan of Rivergate including Colton Woelbing and Aaron Olson at the subsequent appointment indicated to me that they could no longer replace and install the skid plate due to the need for a bumper replacement. Because my deal was to have the skid plate replaced and installed, I have having a hard time understanding why Nissan of Rivergate would not also have to install a new bumper so that they can install the skid plate as part of our deal. I have the signed contract of our deal in writing and Nissan of Rivergate, Colton Woelbing and Aaron Olson refuse to abide by the signed deal. Upon telling me that the skid plate could not be replaced, Aaron Olson, Sales Manager offered my $155 for my troubles. I refused the cash offer because the skid plate replacement and installation was part of our signed deal, not $155. Upon rejection of his offer of $155, Aaron Olson proceeded to call me "Kooky". When I asked him why he called me "Kooky", he proceeded to say he did not say I was Kooky, but that me not taking his offer of $155 was Kooky. I can't help but be offended by Aaron Olson for insulting me by saying I was kooky when I just spent $38,000 on a new car a week before at this Company. Why do customers who simply want the Company to live up to their end of a signed contract have be ridiculed and insulted? I then said that I wanted to get the keys back for my car they were supposed to fix since they would not be living up to their end of the bargain, and Sales Manager, Aaron Olson said "That's not going to happen". I responded to Olson that I owned the vehicle and I demanded my keys back. Coelton Woelbing came back to the service area a few minutes later and handed me my keys. Once, I received the keys back, I drove off. As part of the signed contract by myself and Nissan of Rivergate representatives, I would like to receive the deal that was agreed upon. Had we not had a signed deal that the Company would replace and install the skid plate, I would have tried to negotiate harder for a lower sales prices (resulting in lower monthly payments). However, I agreed to higher payments in the belief that Nissan of Rivergate, Colton Woelbing, and Aaron Olson would live up to their end of the bargain and replace and install my skid plate. More
