First night I went and the car I wanted to drive wouldn't start. I was told it was from being short staffed and it hadn't been turned on in a bit. Found out the next night it was because someone put the wron start. I was told it was from being short staffed and it hadn't been turned on in a bit. Found out the next night it was because someone put the wrong battery in it. During the first evening, while I was sitting with my sales rep, I overheard the financier talking trash about one of the other shoppers, very unprofessional. When it came to my financing, he told me I'd be better able to afford my car payments if I cut back on movies and makeup purchases, very misogynistic. I ended up going back the second night because I really needed a car and there are not many in my price range at the moment. My mistake. During this financing the other guy was very nice, talked me into an extended warranty saying it was bumper to bumper and would cover everything except for brakes and tires. Next day when I drove it in the daylight, I saw tons of deep scratches all over the windshield and immediately took pictures and requested help as the vehicle was not as described in its profile (no damage listed). They told me the windshield is not covered and I could get a discount to replace it because they checked everything and didn't consider this hazardous enough to replace. Not only is the scratching making it difficult to see while driving in the day, but it's only a matter of time before it becomes and actual crack (or ten), all of which is extremely unsafe for driving conditions. Apparently our views of safety differ. Two days later, the key fob died also. We are still in the market for a second vehicle, but it will definitely not be from here. More
