We needed a truck for a new camping adventure. Colin was quick to respond to our inquiries and had the vehicle ready when we arrived for a test drive. It has been our experience in the past, that shopping for and purchasing a vehicle, has not been pleasant. All that changed when we went to Miller Motors. We called ahead to verify the Jeep Grand Cherokee and purchasing a vehicle, has not been pleasant. All that changed when we went to Miller Motors. We called ahead to verify the Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit was still available, and when they said it was, we told them we were on our way. That’s when the good experience began! We were greeted by Colin Fredrick, who had the Jeep waiting for us, right next to the showroom. This was exceptionally convenient because I have mobility issues and use a walker. He showed us the vehicle and briefly described it. Well, we liked what we saw, how low pressure Colin was describing it, and how well he answered our questions. When Colin could see I wasn’t quite understanding something, he would pause and explain it further, without talking down to me. In our past experiences the Sales Person usually spoke mostly directly to my husband, with barely even looking at me, or if I asked a question, they would look at my husband to give HIM the answer. The car had all the “bells and whistles “ my husband was looking for. So we felt very comfortable telling Colin we would like to trade in our 2015 Ram 3500 Laramie dually. In no time at all they came back with fair a trade in value. When we returned two days later, the car was cleaned up, the paperwork was correct and ready, and in no time at all we were sitting in it while Collin patiently explained what all the features were and how to use them. We were overwhelmed with how many cool features the Jeep had. So many! In the end, Colin shook BOTH our hands and told us we could contact him by text or phone any time we needed. I actually hugged him before we left. More

We went to Miller Motors on a very chilly day to research and drive used Jeep Grand Cherokee L's but left with a fantastic used Nissan Pathfinder!! This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from Miller Motor and drive used Jeep Grand Cherokee L's but left with a fantastic used Nissan Pathfinder!! This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from Miller Motors over the years!! We’ve had an excellent experience every single time! Our sales associate for this visit was Collin Fredrick, who was outstanding! He greeted us in the upper lot and proceeded to promptly answer ALL our questions about every vehicle we inquired about on the lot. He was remarkably knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, a total pleasure to work with! And same as all our past experiences, there was no pressure or urgency to influence us to purchase anything. Cannot say how much we appreciate that!!!! Additionally, the entire environment at Miller Motors was upbeat and friendly, like being amongst friends. We also had the pleasure of working with Brandon Cooper for the financials. Though he wasn’t Bob, (long time financial guy at Miller) he was very knowledgeable and really great to work with. In closing, I would also like to add that their service department is one of the best we’ve ever experienced! We highly recommend Miller Motors all around!!
