I came to Toyota Wilsonville in a genuinely stressful situation that I didn’t think had a way out. The first night I visited, Cole and his team immediately jumped through hoops to try to find the right s situation that I didn’t think had a way out. The first night I visited, Cole and his team immediately jumped through hoops to try to find the right solution. My previous vehicle—purchased from another dealership—had a blown transmission, and I was significantly upside down on my loan. Even so, they worked tirelessly to run numbers and explore options to get me to a monthly payment I could realistically afford. That evening, we weren’t able to find a solution, and I left feeling more worried than when I arrived. But the next morning, I received a call from Troy, who had been collaborating with Cole on my situation. He suggested an option I hadn’t considered—and for the first time, I felt hopeful. I returned a couple of days later and was grateful to work with Cole again. I’ve dealt with multiple dealerships and sales associates over the years, and many of those experiences left me jaded. When I think of dealerships, I often think “shady,” “pushy,” or “not genuine.” Cole was the complete opposite. He was lighthearted, funny, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. The day I came back in was honestly a horrible day for me, and yet he somehow made the entire process feel manageable—and even made me laugh several times, which I needed more than he knew. Cole and the Toyota Wilsonville team have restored my faith in the car-sales world, and that is no small thing.
