I'd give them a zero if I could. I leased 3 new Porsches from them in the past but unfoturnately the new ownership group has ruined this dealership. I have 2 cars on lease from the I leased 3 new Porsches from them in the past but unfoturnately the new ownership group has ruined this dealership. I have 2 cars on lease from them now and got tremendous pressure from them to order early beccause it was going to take 9+ months to get new ones. I came in to the dealership and all of a sudden they can get me cars in 3 months and they want me to leave my lease early which I had no interest in doing. They told me they were the only dealership that was not charging mark-ups on the cars and would price the leases at MSRP - 3 emails later and I had quotes at MSRP or eveen discounts from the other 3 Long Island dealers - and all three told me I would be ordering way too early and pricing was only going to get better. Fast forward 5 months later and I made an appointment with Cole to go over my builds for 2 cars and to listen to the Burmeister v the base stereo because Bose was not avaiable. I get to the dealership and Cole is with another customer but he will get someone to let me listen to the 2 stereos. I waited an hour and he could not find a single car becasue every car on the lot had the Bose stereo. This despite the fact that he previously told me his personal Macan T has the Burmeister and I would love how it sounds. So either he lied to me or he doesn't want me sitting in her personal car??? I left after wasting an hour never being able to sit down with Cole. I got quotes from the other 3 LI dealerships and emailed Cole to give me his best quote but it better be less than MSRP becasue 1 dealer quoted me at MSRP and the other 2 gave me discounts. I told him that having ordered 3 cars there before I would be loyal if could give me a deal at least equalt to the best deal I received. He replied copying his sales manager Zachrey Sweatt that he could not go below MSRP. I replied back that in that case I would be taking my business eslewhere and they would be losing a loyal customer that would be ordering 2 new cars every 3 years. Zachrey replied back basically saying they did not care about loyalty and it's a sellers market and they were going to take advantage of it. The service department has also gone down the drain under the new ownership. Service department now charges you "shop fees" even on prepaid maintenance. They tell you that you need an allignment every time you bring the car in for service because the roads are terrible in NY, not that they actually checked, which is easy to do, to see if your car is actually out of allignment. If you get a loaner car from them, they have some kid spend 10 minutes literally reading the fine print on the agreement to you wasting your time. Finally, if you do get a loaner plan on holding it because they most likely won't even look at your car for a day or two. More
