I am very new to sales, but I have worked with Matthew's auto group since February of 2023. I was the lot attendant and worked in recon which leads me to why I like working for Matthews. They are a family business that likes to grow from within the dealership to create great opportunities. I was striving to become a sales consultant as soon as I got hired because I really enjoy cars and being able to find the customer a perfect vehicle is what I want to accomplish and get over the hump of dreading to buy a vehicle to make it seamless as possible and make searching for your dream vehicle fun. I loved our experience with Cole and the Matthews Auto Group. I had been looking at CarMax, but it didn’t quite feel right. Luckily, our mechanic recommended Matthews and spoke very highly of them. Their website was easy to navigate, and we quickly found several cars that fit what we were looking for. Although it was an hour-and-a-half drive, it was absolutely worth it. We found a great car at a very fair price, and the 7-month/7,000-mile warranty was a huge plus—especially compared to CarMax’s 30 days. Cole, our sales associate, was a delight, and Adam went out of his way to check in and make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. When it’s time to replace our second car, Matthews will be our first stop. More

This purchase turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Adam and his team really did well but GM Caddie folks really didn’t do the job I expected. We (Adam and me) built the vehicle I wanted earl expected. Adam and his team really did well but GM Caddie folks really didn’t do the job I expected. We (Adam and me) built the vehicle I wanted early in the fall of 2024. GM simply was not building the vehicle we ordered so we had to submit another order for a vehicle without the 24” wheels and without the Premium Platinum Package and downgrade the vehicle design to Platinum Package. This change got GM to accept the order but they (GM) didn’t make delivery until April of 2025 which was almost 4months later than I anticipated. When the vehicle finally arrived at Matthews there were a couple of internal financial matters that were miss handled within Matthews but Adam did his best to correct those errors and the vehicle was finally delivered to my “”handicapped assessable contractor “ where it is undergoing necessary mods. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK MUCH TOO LONG AND I SPENT TOO MUCH TIME ON THE PHONE!!
