Excellent EXCEPT wait time. They were very (very) busy and my sales person, while apologetic, kept coming by and saying it’ll be a while longer. 2.5 hours! Just to pay for, sign several pages and drive away (with virtually no time for orientation/instruction, but that was okay). The actual work that I needed to do to purchase it took 10 minutes. Very irritating to wait so long for each and every step just to pay for it and sign papers! I understand having many customers is desirable for the dealership and salespeople, but not at the expense (2.5 hours wasted) of a brand new customer….. More
