He was very personable, well-versed in the car we were looking at, and low -key in his approach. He was willing to show us a whole range of cars and various levels of leasing packages. One outstanding aspect of his dealing with us was that he talked to me. Focusing most of his attention on me. He realized that I would be driving this car the most. At other dealerships, the sales rep. almost always talked with my husband. Cole talked to me. This was very important to me. He worked out the best deal for us and then did not pressure us into anything that day. We went home with the brochure on the car and decided to go for the next step up model. When we told Cole this, he gladly reworked the numbers. He was efficient and competent. He was able to work out all the details and have our new car ready to pick up 3 hours after we signed the papers. When we picked up the car, he gave us detailed lesson on all the features. He told us we could come back any time if we had questions. Cole made it easy to walk through this transaction. He has a wonderful personality and we had lots of laughs as I explained that I am technically challenged and it will take me some time to figure out how to put my music in the car.... We will definitely deal with Cole again in the future. More

Honda mFit-A perfect Fit I was looking for a newer car that I could also use for trips to the dump etc. but it had to be small enough to fit in our garage-they had a 2013 on I was looking for a newer car that I could also use for trips to the dump etc. but it had to be small enough to fit in our garage-they had a 2013 on sale -4 door-and just what I wanted-it was a little bit more than i wanted to spend -but with only 28000 miles on it and having only 1 owner I couldn't resist. Cole was our courteous sales person and Norm was just as gracious as his manager-it was a good experience considering how voracious car sales people can be. They even took my old cassette playing radio out of my old car. More
