Cole did such a great job keeping me informed as the car was being built and shipped. Although the time to get here was longer than I really wanted it to be, it was not the fault of the dealership and they was being built and shipped. This is my second time using Curtis Ryan Honda and I can’t recommend it any more highly! I’ve never felt so respected and well treated as a customer as I was with Cole Crotta. I never felt like I was being talked into anything and he clearly wasn’t a pushy salesman- quite the opposite. He kept me well informed during the waiting process of getting my new car to lease and checked on me frequently afterwards to assure my complete satisfaction. He made all the paperwork go so smoothly and pain-free! I enjoyed working with him so much. They make you feel like family there- especially when he shared the pictures of his beautiful newborn baby boy with me!
