Going the extra mile I am from South Africa and this is the first time I have purchased a vehicle in the US. I had absolutely no idea what the process entailed. When I I am from South Africa and this is the first time I have purchased a vehicle in the US. I had absolutely no idea what the process entailed. When I arrived at Bolton, Colby introduced himself and made every effort to find the vehicle I was after, as well as making all effort to furnish me with a good deal. Fortunately he found the exact vehicle I was after and proceeded to fulfill all purchasing requirements in a timely manner, which ultimately put me in the vehicle very quickly. This was tremendous, as I was on a deadline for purchasing a vehicle and needed to return my rental. Colby and Bolton made it happen! Colby took great interest and kept me up to speed throughout the entire process, even going as far as collecting me from the Avis rental location with fresh Starbucks on arrival. Its the little things that make a huge difference, very clearly demonstrating the willingness to make a client feel good.
