I was originally was in the restaurant industry for 9 years and 6 years in JFK at a steakhouse called Bobby Vans. I developed a love for serving people & customer service through my years. I became a certified trainer & had a lot of success in building up the team over the years. During the shutdowns, I lost my job and was confused on what to do next. I found my self in a smaller personal car store named "Toyota of Massapequa" I had no car knowledge experience and was not a "car guy" at all. The first 4 months was difficult /overwhelming. I almost gave up several times. It didn't click until I realized that serving tables in a restaurant & helping clients find a new car are a lot more similar than one would think! I would always tell my on coming staff that " anybody can eat anywhere but what's going to make them come back to you? It's going to your deep knowledge of the menu & the experience you give" I pride myself on my Toyota product knowledge & giving a great experience.

We worked with Colby and Rony, and both were fantastic! It was finally time for our family to upgrade to a minivan. We searched around, and picked the Sienna as the best option due to the space in the 3rd It was finally time for our family to upgrade to a minivan. We searched around, and picked the Sienna as the best option due to the space in the 3rd row/trunk space. It was a plus that it's the same price as other minivans but is a hybrid, saving on gas money. Traded in our Subaru Crosstrek towards the downpayment of the Sienna, and got a great value for it. More
