The staff was friendly and accommodating, the process was quick and efficient, the cars were a lot better priced than competitors. It was an overall good experience. Cody is a treasure! There was just a little bump in the road though. We made an offer and a counter offer of $10,562 was made. We accepted the offer of $ 10,562. However, when we arrived home and were reading the purchase agreement better. Turns out, we were charged the original price of $11,201 with no discount. Norm immediately spoke to Cody on the phone. Cody assured us a check for the difference would be mailed along with the license plates. More
