The discouraging part is that my brand new truck has been in the shop four times before I hit 3000 miles. The positive is that the parts and service group at Hansen have been overwhelmingly exceptional to wo in the shop four times before I hit 3000 miles. Most of the time they get it right. I have had two experiences recently where it did not go well. I did not recognize the mechanic's name who did the work this time but I will remembe I have had two experiences recently where it did not go well. I did not recognize the mechanic's name who did the work this time but I will remember going forward. He will not be allowed to work on my vehicle again. Sloppy work. The rest of the service department is great though. More
