I bought my last two cars from Corwin. First and the most important is my salesman. Stephen Gomez, is not your typical salesman. He doesn’t give off that vibe, which I appreciate. Hopefully that is how all the sales staff is, but I can only speak for Stephen. The only negative thing I can say about Toyota from my years of business, is they don’t offer you much for your trade but make a huge profit for it in the end. I am very happy that Toyota has their used cars priced at the going rate on KBB, so you don’t feel like you are being taken advantage of. Cars delearship sales are a tricky business, where you are out for profits and trying to keep up with other dealerships. Toyota has increased my faith in salesmanship, for that I am grateful . And of course their cars are awesome!!! More

Horrible buying experience - took nearly 4 hours after finalizing a cash deal to get thru Finance to sign papers and write a check. Vehicle delivery still wasn't completed and rushed cleaning, discovered finalizing a cash deal to get thru Finance to sign papers and write a check. Vehicle delivery still wasn't completed and rushed cleaning, discovered interior not cleaned or vacuumed. Follow up emails and texts to Used Car management were sent with no responses and had to get the Customer Relations Manager involved to attempt to get any resolution. I have purchased vehicles from this Toyota dealership for over 40 years but will seriously question future dealing with this poor management situation. Adding to the initial review after numerous other issues regarding being overcharged were uncovered after nearly a month. I was overcharged for the title fee which was discovered by the dealership and a check sent. After reviewing my credit card statement I discovered the $1,000 deposit that I was told wouldn't be charged because this was a cash deal was charged to my credit card and I only found out a month later when my statement was received. I had asked the Finance person numerous times if the $1,000 deposit was charged to my credit card I was told no when my paperwork was signed for this cash deal. Again, I had to contact Customer Relations Manager to get the deposit and interest reimbursed to me. A month later my sale and issues have been resolved! I am trying to figure out how so many issues could have occurred in 1 simple sale, a cash transaction no less. More

Purchased used vehicle and AC was not working upon purchase. Dealership agreed to fix and I brought the vehicle in for repairs a few weeks after purchase. After about a month the AC had stopped workin purchase. Dealership agreed to fix and I brought the vehicle in for repairs a few weeks after purchase. After about a month the AC had stopped working again and I started trying to contact Corwin. It took a couple of months to finally hear back, and J.R told me that it has been too long and was questioning why I waited so long to contact them if it wasn't working a month after, although I had called about 20 times. He also blamed me and said that I didn't run the AC enough during the colder weather months even though I tried explaining that it had stopped working before winter after about a month of use. I just wanted to get something fixed that this dealership told me they would fix upon purchase, and it was never properly fixed. J.R told me that he wasn't willing to absorb the entire cost of this repair again, but wondering if they ever even replaced it to begin with. Overall, this place is not doing their best to help their customers, they just want your money. J.R. was also very condescending when I spoke with him, constantly calling me 'buddy' and just being overall extremely rude and unprofessional. I would avoid this place at all costs. More
