She was available on the chat now feature on their website immediately. I told her what I was looking for in terms of car and lease details. Within 30 minutes she had the lease quote that i asked for as well as 3 alternative ideas. Other dealerships that I contacted are yet to get back to me. Than I started dealing with another sales associate Cody. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about the car was able to answer every question I had and walked me through the numerous features in my cx-5 in a clear and concise way. Taking as long as needed on each detail. Than it was off to Ray the finance manager. He was also top notch explained everything in detail and clearly and didn't try to get me to add any extra packages to the car. Even though it is not the closest Mazda dealership to me, the attention and service was unbeatable here. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is buying or thinking of buying a Mazda. I will certainly go back for my next Mazda. Thanks More

Very friendly and helpful. Negotiated a fair lease price. When searching for a lease car as an expat, i noticed that most dealers could not offer me anything close to their "good credit" lease rates. Than When searching for a lease car as an expat, i noticed that most dealers could not offer me anything close to their "good credit" lease rates. Thankfully when i visited Mazda, Tom was very honest that it would be difficult to get a good lease rate. But to my surprise after a day or so i got a good lease rate on my new Mazda3 2016. More

We had talked through our growing family's needs, and with his help, were able to get clear that the '16 CX-9 was exactly what we were looking for- a luxury type vehicle that seats 7, has great safety ratings, can handle rural New England winters, is economical on gas for it's class, and drives both smooth and fast. It was a pleasure to purchase from Colonial Mazda. Adam made the researching and test driving easy and fun and there was never any pressure.
