I was nervous about being overcharged or missing some important detail of the transaction and at every point John was able to answer my questions, be fair in our negotiations and handle all the details with class, professionalism and friendliness. He also knew everything about my car and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend John as a salesperson you can trust. Fred Cook walked me through the financial aspects and offers with no pressure and was also very helpful and professional. Finally, when I had an issue with the XM radio subscription shortly after I got the car, I visited the dealership when John wasn't there and another salesperson, Cody Stone, jumped into action to coach me through a missing detail which fixed the problem.
