They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond when a warranty issue required next day arrival of the needed part. Without my asking they gave me a loaner car to drive about 80 miles to where we l when a warranty issue required next day arrival of the needed part. Without my asking they gave me a loaner car to drive about 80 miles to where we lived and drove our car out to us the next day when the repair was completed. That's tremendous service. We bought our 2024 Ascent from Sunset knowing that they had repaired hail damage. Before we took delivery they discovered that the hail had damage the glass of the sunroof and replaced the glass. I probably would not have known about the sunroof damage until much later. That kind of thoroughness and honesty is quite remarkable. I have bought a few new vehicles in the past but I have never had such great service.d More

Bought my Subaru a year ago and had a great experience. Had 2 warnings/notifications pop up on my car and decided to schedule a service appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and told them we would wait ins Had 2 warnings/notifications pop up on my car and decided to schedule a service appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and told them we would wait inside. No one told us anything about how long it would be. We waited 2 hours and had no update on my vehicle. I asked if I could get a loaner because I was not planning on waiting at the dealership all day. Was told I could get a loaner and that my car would be quite a bit longer. I drove for about 15 minutes before getting a notification that was car was done. So turned around to drive back to the dealership after being told it would be awhile until it was ready. Arrived and was told there was an update my car needed and that was all it needed. I don’t think that update took 3 hours long to perform. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and I ended up wasting 4+ hours of my day. If I would have known it would haven taken that long, I would have asked for a loaner car earlier. More
