The service dealer I talked to Cody who was very rude. I had talked to him about a transmission issue and basically got no help. He informed me that they only have 1 transmission guy, working for Jim Glov I had talked to him about a transmission issue and basically got no help. He informed me that they only have 1 transmission guy, working for Jim Glover Chevrolet and are months behind on transmissions. He told me to bring my vehicle to them and leave it and it could take up to 4 months to repair or find the solution. I wonder how many people could just leave a vehicle for 4 months at a dealership. I have had issue with the service since I bought the vehicle. I would fill out the service rating forms, honestly. I have 88,000 miles on my truck, so I have had several oil changes there. I can only recall maybe 2 times that I have had no issue. You would wonder why I keep going back and even 2 service people have asked that to me. I like the truck and since I bought it there, I thought they would give the best treatment but I was wrong. They probably like all other dealerships, once you buy the vehicle, you are no longer that important. I know this will probably not get addressed by Jim Glover but it did help me with my frustration with the issues. I have concluded by business with them as of today. I am Native American and I hope racism is not involved. I never felt good with the service department, they always thought they were smarter than you. More

Cody and his team were efficient on a busy Saturday morning. I was in & out in less than an hour. I am spoiled to the complimentary car wash but, maybe it was too cold or not functioning. I checked in at 7:57AM on a Saturday. After waiting an hour and a half while seeing people who checked in quite awhile after i did, I decided to check the lot. This has My truck was sitt After waiting an hour and a half while seeing people who checked in quite awhile after i did, I decided to check the lot. This has My truck was sitting in the lot finished. It wasn’t until I went to the clerk, she checked, turning in my paperwork had been overlooked by the service tech. It was not a great way to start my Saturday. Make sure you look for your vehicle to be moved out of service and into the lot, if it has go to the service checkout and ask to checkout. This will ensure you’re not waiting any longer than necessary. More

Untrustworthy, it is always something with this dealer. They jeopardized my credit by running multiple unauthorized pulls. When it comes to their service department be sure to hold on to your bolts. I thin They jeopardized my credit by running multiple unauthorized pulls. When it comes to their service department be sure to hold on to your bolts. I think they are removing parts from vehicles. They make you sign a blank document on an iPad before they will start the service and then try to jack the price up on you after the service. My truck was spotless before they ran it through the “car wash”. They left oil all over the driver’s side and did not dry or wax. They did not reset the oil life indicator. Very disappointed overall especially with the service advisor who was extremely rude and needs training in regards to the pricing and customer service. Stop making excuses and check the manual if you are unsure on the correct quarts. They do actually “put a sign on the side of the truck that tells the quarts”. It has a Z71 badge on it. It also has a Jim Glover Chevrolet badge on the back. That will most likely change in the near future. More

JIM glover Chevrolet won't do what they promised and are paid to do. They sold me an extended warranty for 40,000 which should have been for 140,000 only ended up being 39,800 miles.
