We were extremely disappointed in the time it took to complete the transaction, which drug on for 4.5 hours. Management was totally unprofessional from start to finish. Salesman was told at least 24 hour complete the transaction, which drug on for 4.5 hours. Management was totally unprofessional from start to finish. Salesman was told at least 24 hours ahead that this would be done under a business name and yet management was totally unprepared and seemed at a loss. In my view a good amount of the paper work could have been emailed to my office for us to complete ahead of time. I don’t feel we were kept informed of what the delays were as the afternoon unfolded. Other than the salesman and financial person it was an extremely disappointing experience. More
