Due to a series of unfortunate circumstances, we clarified that one party member could not remain in the negotiations for a long time. While we are constantly assured that it was "just five minutes" clarified that one party member could not remain in the negotiations for a long time. While we are constantly assured that it was "just five minutes" or "this will be quick," the process took over 8 hours. We were also told that we would need to come back for a "second delivery" but were not told why or what for. When we asked for details, we were just told to provide specific responses on a survey to ensure they received their commission. I don't think we received the survey, which is sad because we wouldn't have used the answers they gave us to answer the questions to ensure they got their commissions. We are very happy with the car, but the dealership was a trainwreck. We didn't appreciate the additional add-ons - especially when signing the paperwork. We recommend going in knowing what you want and what you want to spend and refusing any extras and being willing to walk. More
