Bought a new Jeep Wrangler via phone and pictures as the dealer was a couple hours away.. Paint damage and interior scraps went unnoticed even after 2 request to inspect. Finance Titled it in the wrong name dealer was a couple hours away.. Paint damage and interior scraps went unnoticed even after 2 request to inspect. Finance Titled it in the wrong name and wouldn't correct so we now will have to pay fees to change it. No response from dealership management to speak before leaving this review. More

The process of the choosing and financing was very good, my salesman was great, everything went smooth until, the prep of the vehicle, It took 3+ hours to deliver vehicle to me while I waited. There was an issue with voltage, I understand that it needs to leave perfect, but as soon as I was doing paperwork, they should of started the prep. Other than that, everyone were completely professional and understanding of my frustration. but all and all I would tell people to go to your dealership. Thank you for the deal and I really do like the RAM!!! More
