Also had oil change done and they didn't clean up their oil mess when they were done. The car is a 2023 and only had 8k on it feel like the car should be treated with better care More

The transmission on my 2021 Traverse was hesitating between some shifts. It took nearly 2 months to get an appointment for factory warranty work. I described the issue with Cody when I dropped it off between some shifts. It took nearly 2 months to get an appointment for factory warranty work. I described the issue with Cody when I dropped it off. I mentioned to him that the problem was less noticeable now than when I had made the appointment weeks earlier. I received a voicemail from Cody several days later stating the transmission was working as designed. He said he and another tech “drove it around the block” and found no problems. I had informed Cody that the problem did not occur all the time. Apparently a transmission that hesitates between shifts on some gears some of the time is “operating as designed?” I could understand someone less familiar with transmissions might miss the subtle hesitations while shifting the first time they drove it around the block, but it should have been obvious to a transmission repair tech with an adequate test drive. My conclusion: 1. The techs did not drive the vehicle enough to properly diagnose the issue. Or 2. Do not understand how a transmission should properly operate. Or 3. Are under pressure from the dealer and/or GM to not honor factory warranty work on Traverse transmissions. Or 4. All of the above. When I drove the vehicle home it hesitated between several shifts as before. The staff at Classic Chevrolet were courteous and friendly, but the problem was not thoroughly evaluated or they would have noticed what I and others who drive the vehicle have noticed. I guess I’m finding out what a “factory warranty” is worth. More

We bought a 2023 Z71 Tahoe LEMON! !!!!!!!!! It's been in the shop 4 times for the back-up camera!!!! It's a xxx. I'm pretty sure I will sell it at the auction. Cody has been awesom !!!!!!!!! It's been in the shop 4 times for the back-up camera!!!! It's a xxx. I'm pretty sure I will sell it at the auction. Cody has been awesome. My wife picked up the LEMON and it has a scratch on the right side of the passenger door. Cody gave us the name (Daniel Solis) and we called and haven't heard anything back as of yet from the body shop. So once again we'll have to wait for a call and WASTE more time on the LEMON!!!! $70,000 LEMON and I would never recommend Classic Chevrolet to anyone... More
