I came in to get my oil change, 4 wheel alignment, and my tire rotation done on my TLX Type S. I was watching from the window and saw the technician ram my wheels into the lifter. Secondly, during tire rotat tire rotation done on my TLX Type S. I was watching from the window and saw the technician ram my wheels into the lifter. Secondly, during tire rotation he did not inspect my tires. Before my tire rotation, I didn’t know I had a nail in my tire. It was not until overnight that I lost 5 psi on my front left tire. He did not even check to see the condition of the tires. Thirdly, he set up the tire pressure wrong. My tires requires 36 psi in the front and 33 psi on the rear. My car was returned to me with 36 psi all around. This is the 2nd time I went here and messed up my tire pressure. When I got my car back, my car smelled musky like a body odor. It makes me feel like they don’t even cover the hair in a plastic wrap. I am truly disappointed in Acura service. Even just looking at the technicians through the window, I noticed the younger technicians tends to horse around. It makes me not want to come back here at all. I’m going to stick with Ed Voyles for now. Driving an extra 10-15 minutes for Jackson Acura does not feel worth it. More

Haven't been pleased with the service department on several occasions. First our back camera doesn't always worked. They couldn't find the problem and asked us to bring it back while it was malfunctio several occasions. First our back camera doesn't always worked. They couldn't find the problem and asked us to bring it back while it was malfunctioning. We did and they didn't have time to look at it. Also had a simple latch issue that was simple enough they said they would have a junior mechanic look at it to same money. After waiting an hour past the scheduled service time they gave a $5 discount. I wrote about this in a prior review and the dealership replied, something to the effect, "we try hard to please our customers". It was insulting. The car was broken into via jimming the lock and the alarm never went off. I asked the dealer and they didn't know why. I followed up still didn't know why. The third time they said the alarm only goes off if the glass is broken. Very odd and I feel like they were humoring me at that point. What is the point of an alarm system if it doesn't work? More
