Exceptional experience with my sales advisor Cody Hager. I would highly recommend Cody to anyone buying a Toyota. Team Lead Jonathan Cornejo is an example of someone who has been erroneously placed in a leadership position that can quickly tarnish the reputation of a great business. On the Toyota of Cedar Park (TCP) website Cornejo explains that he is passionate above sales more so than family and helping others. This delusional sentiment is very apparent in his interactions with customers. Cornejo's excessively conceited and self absorbed attitude of "the sales come first" ruined what would have been a great car buying experience. As Cornejo walked away from my wife and I with a smug smile on his face, his true motivation was very apparent. I wish good luck to Cody and Sean, but I will make sure to explain to anyone within earshot of my voice to avoid TCP due to their management's true core values expressed by Cornejo. More
