When I later made the 90 minute drive to look at the car, it was as Cody had described or better. After a short negotiation, management and I agreed on a very fair, no-nonsense bottom line cost and the paperwork was quickly compeleted. I was never pressured or Cody or the F&I representative to buy or accept anything. Overall, it was a quick, pressure-free buying experience.

I was out of town for work and saw a 23 F-150 on their website and called a reliable source from the dealership that I have become friends with over past experiences. While talking to him I told him what I wanted, what payment I wanted to be at and my terms. I also told him I was out of town for work but to send me the paperwork via email if all requests were met to my liking. That afternoon, the email came through to be signed and returned. Got a confirmation acknowledgement email the next morning. they called and told me my new truck had been pulled off the lot and would be ready for pick up as soon as I needed it and to bring my current truck in for trade the following weekend. I have never had a car deal go smoother than this. Hands down the best dealership around, the communication and transparency is second to none! Cody and Jacob at Freedom Ford are top notch guys and you will not be dissatisfied by their service one bit! keep up the great work fellas!
